Monterey Jack cheese; 1 c. shredded lettuce; 1 small fresh tomato, chopped; 1/4 c. sliced pitted olives; 1 c. tortilla chips

1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. chili powder
1 (16 oz.) can dark kidney beans, drained
1/4 c. taco sauce
1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
1 c. shredded lettuce
1 small fresh tomato, chopped
1/4 c. sliced pitted olives
1 c. tortilla chips

Brown meat.

Put into microwave-safe bowl with cover.

Add onion, tomato sauce, water, chili powder, kidney beans and taco sauce.

Cook about 10 minutes, but check at 5 minutes.

Make sure beans are cooked.

Great served over rice.

After mixture is done, serve.

Add fresh tomatoes, lettuce and cheese and serve tortilla chips on plate.
