1 ¼ teaspoons nutmeg
1 ¼ teaspoons cinnamon
¼ cup butter, melted
3 cups milk
½ cup nutmeats (optional)
½ cup raisins (semi-optional)
2 egg yolks
1 cup confectioners' sugar
6 tablespoons rum
1 cup whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla

Beat egg yolks, add confectioner's sugar, continue beating, slowly add rum.
