Ingredients: 1/2 lb sharp cheddar cheese ( cracker barrel); 1/2 lb extra sharp cheddar cheese (cracker barrel); 1 1/2 cup mayonnaise; 1 jar diced pimentos., drained; 1 to 2 Tbsp onion juice; 1 tsp salt; 1 tsp ground black pepper; 1/2 to 1 teaspoon white pepper; 1/2 to 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper; 1 jalopeno peppers, chopped; if desired

1/2 lb sharp cheddar cheese ( cracker barrel)
1/2 lb extra sharp cheddar cheese (cracker barrel)
1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 jar diced pimentos., drained
1 to 2 Tbsp onion juice
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 to 1 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 to 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 jalopeno peppers, chopped; if desired
