My Marinated Crispy Chicken Strips in Breadcrumbs – a delicious recipe with chicken, sauce, Brown Sugar, Vinegar, flour, Breadcrumbs. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

Add the soya to the bowl

Add the Brown sugar and mix

Add the Balsamic vinegar mix again

Add the flour and mix then add the chicken and toss until all chicken is covered let it marinate for 1 hr

Turn oven on after the marinated time to heat up

Add the egg whites to a bowl, add the breadcrumbs in a larger bowl and add the linseed if using them into the breadcrumbs and mix

Add the salt and pepper to the breadcrumbs also and mix

Dip the chicken strip into the egg white and cover all over , next dip it into the breadcrumbs mix and cover, repeat these until they are all done

Spray a flat oven dish with Olive oil place the chicken strips laid out carefully and spray a little over themp.

If you use an air fryer thats a good way of cooking these too.

Pop them in the pre heated oven 170/gas 6 for 10 minutes then turn them over for a further 10 minutes.

Turn over again and cook on a lower heat for a further 10 minutes.

Put them on a serving plate with a dip of your choice , i have used Sour Cream and Black cracked pepper.
