Ingredients: 10 Black pitted Olives sliced; 1/4 tsp Italion Sdeasoning; 1/4 tsp Onion powder; 1 tbsp Heaped of soft Cheese; 1/4 tsp Dill Mustard; 1 clove Garlic Crushed; 1 Baby Beetroot cdhoppe really small.; 1 tsp Tomatoe puree; 125 grams Mozzarella Cheese Grated; 2 tbsp Mayonaise or Sour Cream

10 Black pitted Olives sliced
1/4 tsp Italion Sdeasoning
1/4 tsp Onion powder
1 tbsp Heaped of soft Cheese
1/4 tsp Dill Mustard
1 clove Garlic Crushed
1 Baby Beetroot cdhoppe really small.
1 tsp Tomatoe puree
125 grams Mozzarella Cheese Grated
2 tbsp Mayonaise or Sour Cream

Slice the olives tomatoes and Beetroot into small pieces

Mix the soft cheese in with the olives and tomatoes

Then add the Mayonaise or Sour Cream

Add the tomatoe puree,Dil mustard,itallion seaoning, crushed garlic and onion salt.

Mix all in.

Add the Beetroot and garlic and mozzarella cheese, and mix in break some of it up but leave it a little chunky.

You may need to add another tablspoon of mayo or sour cream.

Serve with some crackers to dip, toated bread or Crisp Rolls
