My Favorite Barbecue Sauce – a delicious recipe with brown sugar, cider vinegar, ketchup, water, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

1/4 c. cider vinegar
2/3 c. ketchup
1/3 c. water
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. prepared yellow mustard
1 medium onion, finely chopped
6 very thin slices lemon
1/4 c. salad oil
2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
1/4 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients together and simmer slowly for about 30 minutes, stirring frequently.
