My Famaly’S Favourit Meat Bake

   In a heavy pan heat the oil, add the chopped onio, ginger, greenchilly, fry on medium heat till light browm, add chopped tomato , fry for few minutes, add the ground beef, mix well and cook till it dries out, stir in the finely minced cilantro , salt and spices, cook till mixture dies out

   Cook potato well, mash, add salt and pepper

   Prepare white sauce with flour and milk.

   Take an oven ware, lay the meat, pour white sauce, top with mashed potato, spread grated cheese, dot with butter and bake for 25minutes at 350 deg. F or 180 deg.c,serve hot
