Ingredients: 1 lb hamburger (I use turkey burger healthier); 1/2 cup breadcrumbs; 1/2 an onion, chopped; 1 egg; 1/4 cup ketchup; 1 dash Worcestershire sauce; 1 dash Frank's red hot sauce; 1 teaspoon pepper; 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder; Topping; 1/2 cup ketchup; 1/2 cup packed brown sugar; 1 teaspoon mustard; 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Servings: persons

1 lb hamburger (I use turkey burger healthier)
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 an onion, chopped
1 egg
1/4 cup ketchup
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
1 dash Frank's red hot sauce
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Topping
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Preheat oven to 350u00b0F.

In large bowl, put the bread crumbs, onions, pepper, garlic, the Worcestershire sauce, red hot sauce, make a well in the center break the egg, meat and ketchup. Now is when it gets messy -- you want to mix all the items together.

Put meatloaf mixture in a greased pan. Smear the topping mixture on top. Place in the preheated oven.

Bake for 50 minutes. When that is done, take out the meatloaf. If you want to, place 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese on top. Bake till the cheese is melted.
