My Classic Eton Mess Recipe (Strawberries, Cream, Meringue, Ice Cream)

   Whip it when it is straight out from the fridge since the colder it is the easier it is.

   Whip it on medium/high speed and when it starts to thicken add 2 tablespoons of sugar or powdered sugar. Whip until soft or stiff peaks but be beware if you over whip it you will end up with butter (have happened to me too many times when I was a child) so soft peaks will be more safer.

   Prepare your dishes in which you will serve and add as following: strawberries - meringue - ice cream - whipped cream and repeat until your serving bowl is full or you run out of your ingredients. Decorate with whipped cream on the top and a half of a strawberry.", "Serve immediately or put it in the freezer for a while.
