Mustard Roast Beef

   Remove the beef from the fridge and allow to become at room temperature.

   Rub the joint with olive.

   The rub all over with salt and pepper.

   Lastly, rub with the mustard.

   Place in the oven.

   For rare, cook for 20-22 minutes.

   Remove from the oven and place foil over the joint and let it rest for another 15 minutes.
