3 Tablespoons Olive Oil, Divided

1/2 teaspoons Dried Thyme
1/2 teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 cups White Wine
1 cup Chicken Broth
1/2 cups Half-and-half
1/4 teaspoons Salt
1/2 cups Shaved Romano Or Parmesan Cheese, Divided
2 Tablespoons Fresh Chopped Parsley
