1/2 cups Dry White Wine
1 cup Cream
1 Tablespoon Sour Cream (optional)
Frank's (or Louisiana Hot Sauce), To Taste

Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat, add some oil or butter to pan.

Rub chicken with salt and pepper

Brown chicken for 2 minutes each side until it shows some colour, remove and place onto baking tray.

Bake chicken for 15 minutes or until cooked through

Add oil or butter to the same pan, along with the mushrooms, garlic and onions.

Cook down until onions are translucent and mushrooms are softened.

Add stock and white wine and simmer for around 4-5 minutes.

Add cream (and sour cream, if thats what you want) and cook, stirring frequently until sauce has thickened.
