Mushroom & Soy Sauce Pasta

   Cook pasta follow package's direction.

   Heat olive oil in frying pan, stir fry chopped onion and mushroom until cooked.

   Season with soy sauce, salt and pepper, and add a table spoon of boiling pasta water.

   Add cooked pasta into the frying pan, and then add the soy milk, quickly stir to mix together.

   Garnish with finely chopped green onion.
