Ingredients: 500 g chopped mushrooms (any you like but i used the regular white ones); 1 medium carrot, cut in small cubes; 3 medium red potatoes, cut in small cubes; 3 springs spinach; 2 tablespoons butter; 1 medium onion; 3 garlic cloves; 2 tablespoons flour; 2 cups vegetable stock; 2 cups water; 1 1/2 cups milk; salt and plenty pepper
