1 ½ cups cooked chicken breasts, cubed
2 cups grape tomatoes, halved
½ cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
¼ cup ripe olives, sliced

⅛ teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
