Cheddar cheese, shredded; 2 Tbsp. melted oleo

1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped red and green pepper
2 Tbsp. oleo
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 slightly beaten egg
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. cream of mushroom soup
4 slices bread, crumbled
1/4 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 Tbsp. melted oleo
