4 1/8 cups mushrooms cleaned and sliced

1 onion large, julienned
4 tablespoons barbecue sauce prepared
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon basil ground
1/2 teaspoon parsley ground
1/2 teaspoon chile flakes may substitute cayenne
