heat and melt 1/2 of the ghee in a heavy pan a add cubed potatoes fry till done remove from heat drain

to the same ghee add onions , peppers, mushrooms, chestnuts, add half salt here also other half to potatoes

mash the potatoes leave the potatoes in the bowl amd stir fry the mushrooms and vegetables make a crater in center of mixture in pan add the spices let heat stir into mixture

in a bowl mix water and gram flour into a batter add to mashed potatoes mix well

add flour and potato mixture to mushroom mixture add breadcrumbs mix well form into thin patties add rest of ghee to pan heat fry the patties dont over crowd the pan add to paper towels to drain

fry till done adding to towels

serve hot make sandwiches or eat as is with rice or vegetables I even put pesto on top
