1 tsp. soda
1 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 c. salad oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. oats (quick or plain)
1 c. corn flakes, crushed
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. coconut (optional)

Combine flour, salt and soda.

Sift and set aside.

Combine in a food processor using metal blade the margarine, sugar, brown sugar, egg, salad oil and vanilla.

Combine flour mixture and mixture from food processor into large bowl.

Add oats, corn flakes, pecans and coconut.

Mix all ingredients well.

Place spoonfuls, flattened with a fork or glass bottom, onto ungreased cookie sheet.

Cook at 350u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly brown.
