Mr Spock's Mashed Sweet Potatos

   Bring large pot of salted water to boil

   Peel and cube 6 sweet potatoes and then boil until tender (20 - 30 minutes )

   Mash potatoes while adding milk slowly until you achieve desired texture

4. 4

   Add melted butter and then brown sugar and honey to taste.

   Blend until smooth and serve warm
