Preheat the oven to 350u00b0F. Lightly grease and flour a 13 x 9 inch baking pan.

Prepare cake mix according to package directions with eggs, oil and 1 cup water. Pour into prepared pan.

Bake 30 mins, until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 15 mins. Remove from pan; cool completely on a wire rack. Place cake on board.

Reserve 2 tbsp frosting. Tint remaining frosting blue. Spread blue frosting over top and sides of cake, leaving a 4-inch square for a screen. Spread white frosting in square.

Outline screen with black licorice twists. Make a dial with black licorice string. Place 1 blue M&M in the center. Place gumdrops around M&M for buttons.

Make some earphones using red licorice strings and marshmallows. Place M&M's at sides of screen. Pipe writing on screen with decorating gel.
