Moussaka Recipe

   Brown grnd beef and onion in frying pan; drain fat.

   Add in stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce, ketchup and spices.

   Let this simmer while you soak and scrub the zucchini.

   Slice off end knob and slice lengthwise.

   Place layer of squash in large baking dish, then layer of sauce, then slice mozzarella cheese (1/4 inch thick).

   Keep repeating layers.

   Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min to 1 hour.

   Pour off liquid before finishing baking.
