   Preheat oven to 375u00b0.

   Beat egg whites and sugar until fluffy and stiff peaks form.

   Fold in chips, extract and food colorings. Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheets.

   Put in oven.

   Turn off oven immediately.

   Leave in oven overnight (forgotten cookies).
