1/2 pound grnd pork or possibly (1/4 veal, 1/4 pork)

Cover with 4 strips of bacon.

Put in greased roasting pan (9 x 13 inch).

Bake at 450 degrees for 10-15 min then 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Pour over, 1 can consomme and 1 c. boiling water.
