1
First you should start off by taking care of your filling first.
-
2
Chop up your onions and tomatoes into squares.
-
3
I would first cut horozontally then vertically.
-
4
When you are done chopping, put them inside your ziplock bag.
-
5
Next take your 1 packet of Goya Chicken Seasoning.
-
6
Put in about 1/4 of the packet into your ziplock bag of onions and tomato.
-
7
Make sure you spread it around.
-
8
Zip up the bag and shake it.
-
9
Shake it for a good 4 seconds.
-
10
Everything should look saturated in seasoning.
-
11
Then, crack your 3 eggs into a bowl.
-
12
You can either a. whisk it or b. mix it up with a fork.
-
13
Either way, when you are done you should have a yellow mix of eggs in your bowl.
-
14
Also take your Goya Chicken Seasoning packet again and put the next 1/4 of it into your egg mix.
-
15
Stir once again.
-
16
If you haven't arleady turned on your stove and started heatin gup your frying pan do so now.
-
17
Be sure to spray with Non-Stick oil spray.
-
18
Wait for about 3 to 5 minutes (depending on your stove type and weather or not you turned it on earlier).
-
19
When warm, pour your eggs in.
-
20
Wait for about 3 minutes for the first side of your egg to finish cooking.
-
21
Be sure that the first side of your egg is cooked and ready.
-
22
Next, take your bag of filling and your spoon.
-
23
Carefully open the bag and take spoon fulls of your filling and put it on one side of the egg.
-
24
Put as much/ little as you would like.
-
25
When you have completed this, take the side w/o the filling and cover the side with the filling.
-
26
Essentially, you are closing up the egg.
-
27
Half of your pan should be bare and other with the egg.
-
28
Let it sit for a while.
-
29
After about another 2 minutes flip the egg over again.
-
30
You can take out the egg based on how you like your eggs (running or well done).
-
31
Voila!
-
32
You have your egg.
