Butter bread. Cover 6 slices of bread with thinly sliced chicken or turkey, a slice of cheese and a slice of ham.

Cover with other slice of bread, butter side down.

Soak both sides of bread in beaten egg mixture until bread absorbs egg.

Brush all with more melted butter, including sides and top.
