   Mix sugar and water heat and stir to dissolve sugar

   Cool

   And lemon juice and puree

   Stir

   Add everclear

   Strain pulp

   Jar and refrigerate

   3-5 cups everclear depends on how strong you want it

    If you use 5 cups it yields 6 quarts and a 1/2pint

    Let sit for 1 month
