Monday Night Chicken

   Use chicken pieces to suit your family's tastes.

   In a baking dish, sprinkle chicken pieces with about 1 tablespoon soy sauce for each piece.

   Then sprinkle with the lemon pepper marinade and garlic salt.

   Broil, bone side up first, for about 20 minutes or until crispy.

   Turn and continue broiling for another 20 minutes. Pour extra marinade out of pan, then pour over chicken when you turn it.
