2. Stir in undrained 16-ounce can tomatoes (cut up), 1 8-ounce can tomato sauce, 1 6-ounce can tomato paste, and 2 teaspoons dried basil. Cover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring often.

3. Meanwhile, cook 8 ounces lasagna noodels til tender in boiling salted water. Drain.

4. Beat 2 eggs. Add 2.5 cups ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, 2 teaspoons dried parsley, salt, and pepper.

5. Layer half of the noodles in a 13x9x2 inch baking dish; spread with half of the ricotta filling. Add half of the tomato sauce and meat sauce. Repeat layers. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup parmesan cheese.

6. Bake in 375 degree oven for 35 minutes or till heated through. Let stand 10 minutes.
