Place meat mixture on a baking sheet with high edges coated with cooking spray; shape into an 8 x 4-inch loaf. Brush top of loaf with remaining 2 tablespoons ketchupeno. Bake at 350u00b0 for 45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes; cut into 8 slices.
