1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. milk
small can tomato sauce

enough crushed cornflakes to stiffen, 2-3 cups

In a large bowl put all except meat and cornflakes.

Add cornflakes and mix until loaf hold its shape. Bake at 400u00b0 for 15 minutes. Reduce to 350u00b0 for 45 minutes.
