   Beat sugar and oil until blended. Add egg substitute and molasses and mix until well combined.

   Combine flour and next three ingredients; gradually add to sugar mixture, mixing well. Chill 2 hours or overnight.

   Roll dough into 1-in. balls and toss in confectioners' sugar. Place 2 in. apart on lightly greased baking sheets; flatten slightly with the bottom of a glass. Bake at 350u00b0 for 6-8 minutes or until begin to brown along edges. Cool on wire racks.
