Mojo Pork Bites

   Mix together the marinade ingredients, simmer for 10 minutes or so, then let cool.

   Pour 1/2 or 1/4 of the cooled marinade over the sliced pork chops. Place in fridge to marinate 1 hour.

   Take the marinaded pork strips out of the fridge, place them in a single layer on a greased or parchment covered rimmed baking sheet, and broil 4-5 minutes, turn over and broil other side an additional 3-4 minutes or until pork is done.

   Serve immediately with some of the reserved marinade as a dipping sauce if desired.
