Model T Three Pedal Fish Soup

   Wash shrimp; add boiling water and the seasoning.

   Simmer 5 minutes.

   Drain, reserving liquid.

   Shell shrimp and remove black vein.

   Cook onion in butter for 3 or 4 minutes; add tomatoes and shrimp liquid.

   Cover and simmer 1/2 hour.

   Add flour mixed to a paste with a little cold water.

   Cook until thickened.

   Add fish fillets, cut in small pieces; simmer 5 minutes.

    Add shrimp and lobster; heat thoroughly but do not boil.

    Good with crisp stalks of celery.
