1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
6 tablespoons butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon instant coffee granules, dissolved in

1/2 cup semisweet chocolate morsel
Chocolate Drizzle
1/3 cup semisweet chocolate morsel
2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine

Carefully remove logs to cutting board.

With serrated knife, gently cut logs diagonally into 1/2 inch thick slices.

Arrange slices upright in pan, about 1 inch apart.

Bake 20- 25 minutes or until dry and crisp.

To drizzle with chocolate, microwave 1/3 cup semi sweet chocolate morsels and 2 TBS.
