Mocha Bread Puddings

   Preheat oven to 375F.

   Lightly spray 10 (1-cup) ramekins or ovenproof coffee cups with cooking spray.

   Beat cream cheese, sugar and 1 of the eggs until well blended.

   Spread evenly onto bread slices; cut each slice into quarters.

   Arrange 4 bread pieces in each prepared ramekin.

   Dissolve coffee in milk in medium bowl.

   Add remaining 2 eggs; beat with wire whisk until well blended.

   Pour evenly over bread in each ramekin.

   Sprinkle evenly with chocolate.

    Bake 20 to 25 min.

    or until puffed and golden brown.
