Mm Fondant

   First dump your 2lb bag of Powdered Sugar into your Mixer. Next grab your bread dough hook for your mixer and grease that well with a bit of Crisco.

   Take the 1/4 cup of Crisco and rub it around in a big microwaveable bowl. Greasing the bottom and sides well. Leave the left over Crisco in the bottom of the bowl. Dump your bag of Marshmallows in and then add your water and Butter flavoring. Put that in the microwave for 2 mins. This should melt into a nice liquid. If not melted, put back in for a few more seconds until all the marshmallows are melted. Take a well greased spoon and stir well until all is incorporated.

   Pour the liquid Marshmallow mixture into your bowl of powdered sugar. Insert your dough hook and turn on medium speed until all is incorporated. This will only take about 30 seconds or less.

   Take a piece of Saran Wrap and lay on your counter, grease it a bit with the Crisco and pour the Fondant out onto your greased wrap. Then wrap up tightly and place in a cool dry place for at least 24 hours.

   When your ready to use, roll around a bit on your counter top dusted with either powdered sugar or corn starch. This will keep it from sticking.

   This will last for months in a cool dry place. Do not place in your refrigerator.
