Miyeok Guk (Korean Seaweed Soup) For Your Baby

   Soak dried seaweed in water for 10 minutes.

   Add ground beef into a large bowl with 2 minced garlic cloves and 1 tablespoon of the soup soy sauce. Set aside.

   After 10 minutes, rinse and clean seaweed 2-3 times. Cut into small pieces. Add 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon of soup soy sauce, and the sesame oil.

   Stir-fry beef mixture over medium high heat without using oil. When about 80% of the beef is browned, add the water, followed by the seaweed mixture. Bring to a boil. When water starts to boil, turn temperature down to medium heat and cook for 30 minutes.

   Add remaining minced garlic and soup soy sauce, then cook for another 5 minutes.
