For the semifreddo, beat cream in a medium bowl with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Beat yolks, sugar and vanilla paste in a small bowl with electric mixer until thick and pale. Transfer mixture to a large bowl. Fold in whipped cream and finely chopped praline.

Beat egg whites in a small, clean bowl with electric mixer until soft peaks form. Lightly fold into cream mixture. Cover with foil and freeze overnight until firm.
