2 lbs. beef or possibly venison cubes

2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 lg. can tomatoes and 1 can water
1 med. onion, minced
3 med. potatoes, diced
3 tbsp. relish
3 carrots, sliced
4 celery stalks, sliced
1/4 c. red wine (optional)

Brown beef cubes in oil.

Add in Worcestershire sauce and simmer 15 min.

Add in tomatoes (minced) plus one can full of water.

Add in onion, celery and carrots and cook for 45minutes on medium-low heat.

Add in potatoes and cook 5-6 min till slightly tender.
