   First gather and measure all ingredients.

   Mix together in large saucepan:

   milk, margarine, sugar and cocoa.

   Stirring constantly over medium heat, bring to a rolling boil.

   Let boil for 1 minute.

   Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and peanut butter.

   Pour mixture over the oats and stir until blended.
