Missouri Casserole

   Make 1 pound of your favorite meat loaf and pat into a 10-inch pie plate.

   Spread 1 small can of tomato sauce over top and bake in a 350u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.

   Then add grated cheese over top and put back in oven until cheese is melted.

   Slice like pie and serve with beer bread.
