Mint Sugar Snap Peas

   Heat a medium skillet over medium-high heat.

   Add the oil and heat.

   Add the snap peas and saute until crisp-tender, about 3 minutes.

   Add the lime juice and saute, stirring, until the lime juice is almost completely evaporated.

   Season, to taste, with salt and pepper.

   Remove from the heat and stir in the mint.
