Minnie'S Chocolate Unbaked Cookies

   Place butter, milk, and sugar in saucepan and boil 2 minutes on medium heat, stir constantly once mixture begins to boil.

   Pour mixture into large mixing bowl and stir in the chocolate chips until melted. Add the remaining ingredients in order and stir until mixed well.

   When slightly cool, drop by tablespoon full onto wax paper or roll into balls.

   Store in refrigerator
