1 pepper and salt
1 sugar
1 chili powder
2 dozen mini tacos
1 mayonnaise
1 parmesan cheese

FOR THE TACO SAUCE:Saute ground beef, carrots and red bell pepper in olive oil.

Add a bit of pepper , salt ,sugar and chili powder to taste.

Chop the veggie toppings and refrigerate.
