mini taco loafs

   preheat oven to 350F

   place gorund chicken in bowl

   add spicy ranch seasoning to top

   now add green chillis and

   add box of stuffing mix to top

   add salsa and stir very well until mixed thoroughly

   place in a muffin pan sprayed with cooking spray a 24 cup cake pan works best place in oven and bake for 45 minutes tilll done

   they will have a golden brown look to knw if done

   i served mine with spanish rice and mexican corn inside rice also we had refried beans with 1/4 cup of salsa and cheese mixed in and heated up for side items we had with loafs
