Mini Spaghetti Tortillas

   Cut the spaghetti in small pieces.

   Beat two eggs in a bowl. Add the spaghetti, and the ham and cheese. Season with salt, and mix well. The mixture shouldn't be too liquid.

   Heat a pan a pinch of olive oil. When it's hot, add the egg mixture in spoonfuls distanced from each other. Let cook well before turning.

   Turn over with a spatula, and cook until the egg is done.

   Serve immediately.
