Mini Morsels Muffins Recipe

   Topping: In small bowl, combine brown sugar, butter and flour; mix well.

   Stir in nuts and 1/2 c. morsels; set aside.

   Muffin: Oven to 350 degrees.

   In small bowl, combine flour, baking pwdr, baking soda and salt; set aside.

   In large bowl combine butter, sugar and vanilla extract; beat till fluffy.

   Add in Large eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

   Gradually add in flour mix alternately with lowfat sour cream.

   Mix in remaining 1 1/2 c. morsels.

   Spoon into paper lined muffin c., filling each about half full.

    Sprinkle each with 1 rounded tablespoonful topping.

    Bake for 20-25 min.

    Cold completely.
