Mini Meatloaves

   Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

   In a large bowl combine beef, bread crumbs, onion, salt, black pepper, and 2 tablespoons of the tomato sauce.

   Mix well to combine all the ingredients.

   Divide the mixture evenly between 2 mini loaf pans.

   Drizzle the remaining 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce evenly over the 2 loaves.

   Place the pans on a cookie sheet and place in a 350 degrees F oven and bake for 35 minutes.
