1/3 c. minced water chestnuts
4 pcs dry Chinese mushrooms, soaked & minced
1/2 c. spring onion, cut very finely
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 egg
1 teaspoon soy sauce
30 to 35 pcs egg roll wrappers (square)

In a bowl, combine first 5 ingredients.
